Rental Terms and Conditions

The renter agrees to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Check in/check out:

Check in is at 4pm on your reservation start date and check out is at 10-30 am on your reservation end date.

  1. Contract:

  1. Payment

25% percent of the fee is payable to secure the booking

The balance of 75% plus a security deposit of £70 is payable 8 weeks before your visit.

Payment should be made into the following account:

Redwick Property Management HSBC sort code 40-34-27 Account 12242559

Cancellation will result in loss of the payments as they are non refundable.

  1. Force majeure:

Recognize that in the unlikely event that the accommodation is rendered uninhabitable due to fire, earthquake or any other means beyond owner control, owner liability will be limited to a refund of the monies paid only.

  1. Cleaning

The house is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.  For stays longer than one week towels are changed weekly and fresh bedlinen and cleaning are provided by arrangement. The property should be left in the same state as when you arrive.

  1. Security deposit – £70 payable maximum 14 days before your stay

The security deposit is repayable in full once the cleaners have reported back to the owner that there is no damage to the property or contents.  The security deposit refund will be reduced if there are breakages or damage, if any of the contents are missing, if there is excessive rubbish or if excessive cleaning is required, if excessive amounts of oil or electricity have been consumed or if keys have not been replaced in the keysafe on departure.  If damage exceeds the cost of the deposit the renter is responsible for the cost of repairs.

  1. An Information booklet is available in the house. In addition please note that appliances must be treated with respect. The dishwasher requires 3 in 1 tablets or salt, detergent and rinse aid. . Liquid detergent should be used in the washing machine.

Internet: via wifi device (router) is available (details in booklet) for you to connect to your own device as there is no computer in the house

  1. Property access and security

Keys are left in a keysafe by the side door of the property.  You will receive a keycode prior to arrival.  Please lock up and leave the key in the keysafe when you go out, making sure that the numerals are properly released so that the code is not obvious.

  1. Smoking is strictly forbidden in the house.
  2. Occupants: the number of occupants should not exceed the number agreed with the owner.
  3. Pets are not allowed without the express permission of the owner.
  4. Rubbish (your cooperation is much appreciated)

Cans, tins, plastic and cardboard are recyclable in Pembrokeshire and should be put in the orange bags (nothing else please) and put in the wheelie bins.  Please do not put anything loose into the bins as the dustmen have to remove the bags manually. Non recyclable  rubbish should be placed in black bags, tied securely and put in the storage bins at the entrance gates.

We request that you take your glass bottles to the supermarket recycling bins.  Thank you!

For the latter 25% percent of the fee is payable to secure the booking

Cancellation less than 8 weeks before the holiday will result in loss of the payments.

The house is cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.  Fresh towels are provided weekly.  Bedlinen can also be changed after one week by arrangement. The renter should leave the property in the same state as when they arrive.

  1. Security deposit

The security deposit is repayable in full by the owner or agency (whichever holds the deposit) once the cleaners have reported back that there is no damage to the property or contents.  The deposit refund will be reduced if there are any breakages or damage, if contents are missing, if there is excessive rubbish or excessive cleaning is required, if excessive amounts of oil, electricity or water have been consumed or if the cesspit is blocked or damaged due to anything other than toilet paper being put in the toilets. We will also make a charge if keys have not been replaced in the keysafe on departure. If the cost of repairs or replacement is greater than the deposit the renter will be responsible for the excess.

  1. An Information booklet is sent prior to your arrival. Please read as it contains important information about the house.
  2. Internet: via wifi device (router) is available (details in booklet) for you to connect to your own device as there is no computer in the house

  3. Pets: the number and type of dog should be exactly as agreed with the owner. Pets must not go upstairs or on the furniture and must not be left unattended in the house. At night they should be restrained in the kitchen or utility.  Owners must clean up any dog mess from the garden before departure.  If extra cleaning is required this will be deducted from the deposit.

 

  1. Rubbish (your cooperation is much appreciated)

Cans, tins, plastic and cardboard are recyclable in Pembrokeshire and should be put in the orange bags (nothing else please) and put in the lockers gates on Thursday evening.  Please do not put anything loose into the bins as the dustmen have to remove the bags manually.

Non recyclable rubbish should be placed in black bags, tied securely and put in the lockers at the entrance gates.

We request that you take your glass bottles to the supermarket recycling bins.

  3. Pets: the number and type of dog should be exactly as agreed with the owner. Pets must not be allowed on the furniture and must not be left unattended in the studio. Owners must clean up any dog mess from the grounds before departure.  Failure to comply will result in an extra cleaning charge.

Cans, tins, plastic and cardboard are recyclable in Pembrokeshire and should be put in the orange bags (nothing else please) and put in the wheelie bins outside the gates on Thursday evening.  Please do not put anything loose into the bins as the dustmen have to remove the bags manually.

Non recyclable rubbish should be placed in black bags, tied securely and put in the storage bins at the entrance gates. Again, please make sure all rubbish is bagged not loose.

We request that you take your glass bottles to the supermarket recycling bins.  Thank you!
