Upper Calffield Farm – proud to
present honest feedback

We had a fantastic weekend in the farmhouse and converted barn! The house is just like the pictures, comfortable and cosy.

Very comfortable farmhouse well equipped, loved it!! We all played table tennis after a long gap of some 20 years – great fun! Lovely holiday walking to coastal path.

The house is great – huge, comfy beds and very well furnished. We loved the table tennis table and lovely kitchen in particular. Would highly recommend!

Brand new, immaculate, comfortable, bright, well-equipped studio near some great beaches and many other attractions. Both the hostess and the caretaker were extremely welcoming and helpful. Our daughter loved the Shetland ponies too.

Very lovely studio, fully equipped with tv cooker etc. Perfect place for holidays if you like quiet and peaceful places like we do. Not too far from shops and beaches. Highly recommended !

We spent a very enjoyable Christmas in Upper Calffield farm. There were 10 of us…children, teenagers, adults and OAPs! Such a pretty and homely cottage, we arrived to a very welcoming and generous hamper which was very well received!

Our family of 10 arrived from 3 destinations for a family get together. It was lovely to be able to spend time with one another in such superb accommodation.

We enjoyed the local area… So much to see and do! We look forward to returning to the area and would love to use the house again – wonderful!

We spent four days there and found that we were situated well to get to all corners of the region. All the main attractions are less than a 40 minute drive (often less) away. The area is wonderfully quiet with very little light pollution. The space is made bright by the skylights, is very clean and modern, and has a comfy bed and sofa. The bathroom is big for a building of this size and the shower is great. There is a decent pub a 15 second walk away. An ideal base to explore Pembrokeshire.

A family get together of 11 people, 10 in the main house which is spacious enough for all without feeling crammed in, also had the small studio attached to the stable block which was perfect for teenage son with own en-suite shower.

Our 2 families (4 adults, 5 children) Had a lovely relaxing stay here. We were lucky with the weather and spent the mornings down on Newgale beach (about 15 min drive) or walking the coastal path.

We arrived on a dark, rainy and windy night but once in we were immediately warm and cosy. Great place to explore inside and out for the children and adults. All we needed was there for us and the extra touches on arrival were much appreciated. Log fire an extra bonus.

This lovely property was well maintained and very clean on arrival. It was well equipped particularly in the kitchen where everything you need is provided. There are lots of lovely walks in the area Plumstone Mountain is nice and quiet with great views. If in the area a trip to Skomer Island in spring shouldn’t be missed to see puffins up close.

Property was beautifully presented and perfect for our stay with everything we could need. Walk in shower and slipper bath just added to it.

Perfection!! We were so thrilled to have found this place. The conversion has been done exquisitely, it’s light and bright with exposed beams and real luxury touches – super comfy beds and amazing huge bath. 10 minutes drive to the most stunning beaches. Can’t wait to go back.
